SUGGESTIONS FOR USE: Individuals This deck of cards consists of 52 cards – like a year consists of 52 weeks. Pick a card every Monday and make the question on it the theme of your week. Observe yourself in daily situations and spot your areas for improvement. Use the Aces to give yourself a break! Groups 1. Let each participant pick a card and answer the questions. Use them as prompts for discussions or inspiration to brainstorm, to find out best practices. 2. Take identical cards from two decks and create a memory game! Lay the cards face down on the table, in several rows, and let each player turn over two cards. The first player who finds a match, answers the questions of this pair of cards. Afterwards you can discuss them or continue playing.

For most people, it doesn’t come easy to be a good people manager. While you may be an expert in your field, once you have a team reporting to you, you might realize that you don’t have all the knowledge and skills that it takes to successfully manage staff.
People Management Selfcoaching Cards have been designed to inspire and invite you to become better at leading a team.
The set consists of 52 Poker cards, each of which contains a question that invites you to do a self-inquiry on your current level of management- and people skills and to observe and improve yourself.
Each set comes wrapped in cellophane inside a plastic box with two explanatory cards including suggestions for use.
The cards are currently available in English, German and Dutch, and further languages are available on request for organizations or distributors for a minimum of 500 pieces.
